Rosave F 20 Tablet

Combination: Fenofibrate + Rosuvastatin
Use: Treats high cholesterol & triglycerides; prevents heart attack/stroke by lowering LDL (“bad” cholesterol) and raising HDL (“good” cholesterol).

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.

• Lifestyle: Must be combined with low-fat diet, exercise, weight control, and avoiding alcohol/smoking.

• Side Effects:

  • Common: Headache, muscle pain, constipation, gas, elevated liver enzymes.

  • Serious (rare): Liver problems (yellow eyes/skin), unexplained muscle pain/weakness (risk of rhabdomyolysis), increased blood sugar.

• Monitoring: Regular lipid profile, liver/kidney function tests, and blood sugar (if diabetic).

Contraindications:

• ❌ Avoid in: Severe liver/kidney disease, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
