Seroflo 250 Rotacap is a combination medication containing Salmeterol (a long-acting bronchodilator) and Fluticasone Propionate (a corticosteroid). It helps manage and prevent symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by relaxing airway muscles and reducing inflammation.

How It Works

• Salmeterol → Relaxes airway muscles, keeping them open for easier breathing.

Note: This is a maintenance treatment, not for sudden asthma attacks. Always keep a fast-acting reliever inhaler (like albuterol) for emergencies.

How to Use

• Do not swallow the Rotacap.

• Place the capsule in the Rotahaler, twist until it clicks, and inhale deeply.

• Hold breath for 10 seconds, then exhale.

• Rinse your mouth after use to prevent oral thrush (a fungal infection).
