How to Use:

• Follow your physician’s directions

• Boil water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool

• Mix one level scoop (8.7g) with 60ml of water

• Use only the provided scoop

• Once mixed, use immediately or refrigerate and consume within 24 hours

• Discard any unused formula after one hour of feeding

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

• Keep out of reach of children

• Use within 3 weeks of opening or before expiry, whichever is earlier
