Uses:

• Treats hypertension (lowers blood pressure, reduces heart attack/stroke risk).

Key Points:

✔ Dosage: Take as prescribed, usually once daily (with/without food).
✔ Do NOT stop abruptly—may worsen condition.

Side Effects:

• Common: Headache, dizziness, nausea, slow heartbeat, swelling (edema), fatigue.
