Composition:

Telmisartan (80mg): Angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB).

Amlodipine (5mg): Calcium channel blocker (CCB).

Chlorthalidone (12.5mg): Thiazide-like diuretic.
Use:
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when single-drug therapy is ineffective.

Reduces risk of stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage.
Dosage & Administration:

Take with food, once daily.

Common Side Effects:

Swelling (ankles), headache, dizziness, fatigue, increased urination.

Electrolyte imbalance, dry mouth, muscle cramps.

Pregnancy: Unsafe (risk of fetal harm).

Alcohol: Avoid (can worsen dizziness/low BP).

Driving: May cause dizziness—avoid if affected.
Monitoring:
Regular checks for BP, kidney function, electrolytes (potassium/sodium), blood sugar.
Missed Dose:
Take as soon as remembered, but skip if close to next dose. Do not double dose.
