Quick Guide: Swich CV 50 Dry Syrup (Pineapple Flavor)

What it is:

• A strong antibiotic (Cefpodoxime + Clavulanic Acid) for severe bacterial infections (ear, throat, lungs, skin, urine).

How to give:

• Best taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after food (if stomach upset, give with food).

• If vomited within 30 mins, repeat the dose. Never double dose if it’s time for the next one.

• Mix powder with sterile water, shake well before use.

Side Effects (usually mild & temporary):

• Nausea, diarrhea, rash, headache, stomach pain.

• Call the doctor if these persist or worsen.

Important Safety Info:

• Tell the doctor if your child has allergies, kidney/liver disease, or other medical conditions.

• Safe for kidney/liver issues, but dose may need adjustment in severe cases.

If you miss a dose:
