Type: Antibiotic (Cefixime)
Used for: Bacterial infections (ear, throat, lungs, skin, urinary tract, etc.) and uncomplicated typhoid.
Key Instructions:
✔ Dosage: Give 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals for best absorption. If stomach upset occurs, give with food.
✔ If vomiting within 30 mins: Repeat the dose. Do NOT double dose if it’s time for the next one.
✔ Not for cold/flu: Only effective against bacterial infections, not viruses.
Common Side Effects:
