Tazzle 20 Tablet

Active Ingredient: Tadalafil (20mg)
Class: PDE-5 Inhibitor

Uses:

1. Erectile Dysfunction (ED): Enhances blood flow to the penis for erection only with sexual stimulation.

2. Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): Reduces lung blood pressure by relaxing lung blood vessels.

3. Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): May relieve symptoms (off-label use).

Dosage & Administration:

• Take 1 hour before sexual activity (for ED).

• Can be taken with or without food.

• Do not crush/chew; swallow whole.

• Avoid nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) → dangerous BP drop.

Side Effects (Common):

• Headache, flushing, blurred vision.

• Muscle/back pain, nausea, upset stomach.

• Dizziness → Avoid driving/alcohol.

Precautions:

• Contraindications: Severe heart/liver disease, recent stroke/heart attack, nitrate use.

• Alcohol: Unsafe (worsens side effects).

• Kidney/Liver Disease: Dose adjustment needed (avoid in severe liver impairment).

• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Not for women (except PAH under strict supervision).

Missed Dose:

• Take ASAP if remembered; skip if close to next dose. Do not double dose.
