Telista-CH 80 Tablet

Composition: Telmisartan (ARB) + Chlorthalidone (diuretic).
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).

Key Benefits:

• Lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels (telmisartan) and removing excess fluid (chlorthalidone).

• Reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

• Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).

• Do not stop abruptly.

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness, headache, diarrhea, back pain, low potassium, increased uric acid.

• Frequent urination is expected (due to chlorthalidone).
