Composition & Use
Tellzy-CH 6.25 Tablet is a combination of two medicines:

Telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker) – Relaxes blood vessels.

Chlorthalidone (a diuretic/water pill) – Increases urine output to reduce blood pressure.
Used for:

Hypertension (high blood pressure) – Lowers BP to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.
Dosage & Administration

Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

Avoid taking it within 4 hours of bedtime (due to increased urination).

Do not stop suddenly – High BP often has no symptoms, but stopping can raise risks.
