Composition & Use

Tellzy-CH 6.25 Tablet is a combination of two medicines:

1. Telmisartan (an angiotensin II receptor blocker) – Relaxes blood vessels.

2. Chlorthalidone (a diuretic/water pill) – Increases urine output to reduce blood pressure.

Used for:

• Hypertension (high blood pressure) – Lowers BP to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems.

Dosage & Administration

• Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

• Avoid taking it within 4 hours of bedtime (due to increased urination).

• Do not stop suddenly – High BP often has no symptoms, but stopping can raise risks.

• Missed dose? Take ASAP, but skip if close to the next dose. Do not double dose.
