Telma 80-H Tablet
Composition:

Telmisartan (80mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg)

Telmisartan: ARB (relaxes blood vessels).

Hydrochlorothiazide: Diuretic (reduces fluid retention).
Uses:

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when single therapy fails.

Reduces risk of heart attack/stroke.
Dosage:

Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.

Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent nighttime urination).

Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.
Side Effects:

Common: Dizziness, fatigue, nausea, low magnesium.

Expected effect: Frequent urination (due to diuretic action).
Precautions:

Avoid alcohol (may worsen dizziness/low BP).

Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Unsafe (risk to baby).

Missed Dose:
