Telma ACT 40mg/5mg/12.5mg Tablet
Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Amlodipine (CCB) + Chlorthalidone (Diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension when single-drug therapy fails. Lowers BP, reducing risks of stroke/heart attack.

Dosage: Take with food, same time daily. Avoid near bedtime (increased urination).

Common: Swelling, dizziness, headache, fatigue, electrolyte imbalance, increased uric acid/glucose.
