Telma ACT 40mg/5mg/6.25mg Tablet
Combination: Telmisartan (40mg) + Amlodipine (5mg) + Chlorthalidone (6.25mg).
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when single therapy is ineffective.

Dosage:

Take once daily with food, preferably at the same time.

Common Side Effects:

Rare: Visual disturbances, muscle cramps, high blood sugar.
Precautions:

Avoid alcohol (may worsen dizziness).

Missed Dose:
