Telma-AM H 40 Tablet
Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Amlodipine (CCB) + Hydrochlorothiazide (Diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) when single-drug therapy fails.

Dosage:

Missed Dose?
