Telma-AM H 40 Tablet

Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Amlodipine (CCB) + Hydrochlorothiazide (Diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) when single-drug therapy fails.

Key Benefits:

• Lowers BP by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid.

• Reduces long-term risks of stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.

• Avoid taking close to bedtime (increased urination).

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness, headache, fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms, edema.

Missed Dose?

• Take ASAP, but skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
