Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Azelnidipine (Calcium Channel Blocker)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels, improving blood flow, and reducing heart workload.

Dosage: Take as prescribed, with/without food, at a fixed time. Do not crush/chew.
