Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Azelnidipine (Calcium Channel Blocker)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels, improving blood flow, and reducing heart workload.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take as prescribed, with/without food, at a fixed time. Do not crush/chew.

• Missed Dose: Take ASAP if remembered, but skip if close to the next dose. Never double dose.

• Benefits: Long-term BP control, reduces risk of stroke/heart attack/kidney damage.

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness, headache, nausea, numbness (usually mild; consult if persistent).
