Telma-CT 40/12.5 Tablet
Combination: Telmisartan (40mg) + Chlorthalidone (12.5mg)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).
Key Benefits:

Lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels (Telmisartan) and removing excess fluid (Chlorthalidone).

Dosage:

Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).

Do not stop abruptly.
Common Side Effects:

Dizziness, headache, diarrhea, back pain, low potassium, increased uric acid.

Frequent urination is expected (due to chlorthalidone).

If You Miss a Dose:
