Composition:

Telmisartan (40mg): ARB (relaxes blood vessels).

Chlorthalidone (6.25mg): Diuretic (reduces fluid retention).
Uses:

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).

Reduces risk of heart attack/stroke.
Dosage:

Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.

Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).
