Telma-CT 40/6.25 Tablet

Composition:

• Telmisartan (40mg): ARB (relaxes blood vessels).

• Chlorthalidone (6.25mg): Diuretic (reduces fluid retention).

Uses:

• Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).

• Reduces risk of heart attack/stroke.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.

• Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).

• Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.
