Composition:

Telmisartan (80mg): ARB (relaxes blood vessels).

Chlorthalidone (6.25mg): Diuretic (reduces fluid retention).
Uses:

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) to lower heart attack/stroke risk.
Dosage:

Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.

Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).

Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.
