Telma H Tablet
Composition: Telmisartan + Hydrochlorothiazide
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when a single drug is insufficient.
Key Benefits:

Dosage & Administration:

Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (increased urination).

Do not stop abruptly—even if you feel well.
Common Side Effects:

Dizziness, fatigue, nausea, low magnesium levels.

Frequent urination is expected (due to diuretic effect).

Missed Dose?
