Composition:

Cilnidipine (20mg/40mg): Calcium channel blocker (CCB) – relaxes blood vessels.

Telmisartan (20mg/40mg): Angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) – reduces blood pressure by blocking angiotensin II.
Uses:

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) to lower the risk of heart attack/stroke.
How It Works:

Cilnidipine: Blocks calcium channels, dilating blood vessels.

Telmisartan: Blocks angiotensin II receptors, reducing vessel constriction.

Combined effect: Lowers BP, eases heart workload.
Dosage:

Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.

Do not stop without consulting your doctor.
Side Effects:

Common: Ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, fatigue, upset stomach, flushing.

Serious (rare): Palpitations, very high potassium, cardiogenic shock.
