Telma-MCT 25/6.25 Tablet ER
Combination: Telmisartan (25mg) + Metoprolol Succinate (ER, 25mg) + Chlorthalidone (6.25mg).
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels, reducing heart workload, and removing excess fluid.
Key Points:

Dosage: Take once daily, preferably at the same time (daytime to avoid nighttime urination). Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

Side Effects: Nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, cold extremities, low BP, electrolyte imbalance. Monitor kidney function and electrolytes.

Lifestyle: Combine with low-salt diet, exercise, and fluid intake to manage thirst/dry mouth.

Avoid Alcohol: May worsen dizziness/low BP.

Missed Dose?
Take ASAP, but skip if close to the next dose. Do not double dose.
