Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).
Composition: Combines Bisoprolol (beta-blocker) + Telmisartan (ARB) to relax blood vessels and improve heart efficiency.

Key Instructions:

• Take at a fixed time daily, with or without food.

• Do not stop abruptly—even if asymptomatic—as BP may rise again.

• Lifestyle tips: Exercise, weight management, and a low-sodium diet aid control.

Common Side Effects:

• Headache, dizziness, weakness.

• Cold/numb extremities, slow heart rate.

• Low BP, high potassium (avoid potassium-rich foods/supplements).

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol (increases dizziness).

• Unsafe in pregnancy (risk to fetus) and likely unsafe while breastfeeding.

• Caution in liver/kidney disease (dose adjustment may be needed).

• Avoid driving (may cause dizziness/fatigue).

Missed Dose?

• Take ASAP, but skip if close to the next dose. Never double dose.
