Telpres H 40 Tablet
Composition: Telmisartan (ARB) + Hydrochlorothiazide (Diuretic)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when single therapy isn’t effective.
Key Benefits:

Lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels (telmisartan) and removing excess fluid (diuretic).

Dosage:

Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.

Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent nighttime urination).

Missed Dose?

Take as soon as remembered, but skip if close to next dose.
