Telsartan 40 Tablet

Uses:

• Treats high blood pressure (hypertension).

• Manages heart failure.

• Helps prevent heart attack/stroke.

• Protects kidney function in diabetic patients.

How It Works:

• Blocks angiotensin receptors, relaxing blood vessels to lower blood pressure and improve blood flow.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with/without food, at the same time each day.

• Do not stop abruptly even if you feel well.

Side Effects (Rare):

• Dizziness, diarrhea, back pain, sinusitis, low blood pressure.

• Report severe symptoms (e.g., fainting, high potassium) to your doctor.
