Telsartan-CT 40 Tablet

Composition:

• Telmisartan (40mg) – Relaxes blood vessels.

• Chlorthalidone – Diuretic (“water pill”) to remove excess fluid.

Use:

• Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) to reduce heart attack/stroke risk.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.

• Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).

• Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.
