Composition:

Telmisartan (40mg) – Relaxes blood vessels.

Chlorthalidone – Diuretic (“water pill”) to remove excess fluid.
Use:

Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) to reduce heart attack/stroke risk.
Dosage:

Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.
-
Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).

Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.
