Telsartan-CT 80 Tablet
Composition: Telmisartan (ARB) + Chlorthalidone (diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension (high BP) when single therapy isn’t effective.

Dosage:

Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.
