Telsartan-H 80 Tablet

Composition: Telmisartan (80mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg).
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when single therapy isn’t effective.

Key Benefits:

• Lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels (telmisartan) and removing excess fluid (diuretic effect).

• Reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

Dosage & Administration:

• Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

If Missed:

Take as soon as remembered, but skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
