Composition:

Telmisartan (80mg) – Relaxes blood vessels.

Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg) – Diuretic (“water pill”) that reduces fluid retention.
Uses:
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when a single drug isn’t effective.

Dosage & Administration:
