Temsan-CT 40 Tablet

Composition: Telmisartan (40mg) + Chlorthalidone (diuretic).
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).

Key Benefits:

• Lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels (Telmisartan) and removing excess fluid (Chlorthalidone).

• Reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

• Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).

• Do not stop abruptly; even if asymptomatic.

Common Side Effects:

Missed Dose:

• Take ASAP if remembered, but skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
