Uses: Treats hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) by replacing deficient thyroid hormones to regulate metabolism and energy.
Key Instructions:

Take on an empty stomach, preferably 30–60 mins before breakfast.

Regular blood tests are needed to adjust the dose.

Effects may take weeks to appear; long-term/lifelong use is common.

Side Effects (usually due to high dose):
