Active Ingredient: Tiotropium Bromide (Anticholinergic)

Uses

• Treats chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma.

• Relaxes airway muscles, easing breathing and relieving symptoms like:

  • Chest tightness

  • Shortness of breath

  • Wheezing

  • Coughing

Dosage & Administration

• For inhalation only (via Rotahaler device).

• First dose should be taken under medical supervision.

• Use as prescribed, ideally at the same time daily.

• Steps to use:

  1. Place capsule in Rotahaler (not the mouthpiece).

  2. Twist mouthpiece until it clicks.

  3. Inhale deeply, hold breath for 10 seconds.

  4. Repeat if powder remains.

• Not for emergency use (always carry a rescue inhaler).

• Avoid alcohol (unsafe interaction).
