Tofe Tablet Overview

Uses:

• Treats rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and ulcerative colitis.

• Reduces inflammation, pain, and joint damage progression.

Dosage:

• Take with or without food, at the same time daily.

• Dose depends on condition and other medications. Do not stop abruptly.

Key Benefits:

• Ulcerative colitis: Reduces bowel inflammation, bleeding, and diarrhea.

• Ankylosing spondylitis: Improves spine/joint flexibility and pain.

• Arthritis (Rheumatoid/Psoriatic): Decreases swelling, prevents joint damage.

Common Side Effects:

• Headache, upper respiratory infections, diarrhea, nasopharyngitis.

• Serious (Rare): Blood clots, stomach/intestinal tears (seek urgent help).

Safety Advice:

• Avoid if: Pregnant/breastfeeding, severe infections, under 18 years.

• Caution in: Liver/kidney disease, hepatitis B/C, blood clot history.

• Monitoring: Regular blood tests may be required.

Missed Dose?

• Take ASAP, but skip if near the next dose. Never double dose.

Alcohol: Safe (no interaction).
Driving: Usually safe (no significant effect).
