Uses:

Long-term treatment of COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) to relax airway muscles, reduce inflammation, and ease breathing.

Not for sudden asthma/COPD attacks (use a rescue inhaler instead).
Key Components:

Ciclesonide (steroid): Reduces airway inflammation.

Formoterol (bronchodilator) + Tiotropium (anticholinergic): Relax and widen airways.
How to Use:

Do not swallow the capsule. Place it in the transhaler’s base.

Twist the mouthpiece until it clicks, inhale deeply, and hold breath for 10 seconds.

Repeat if powder remains.

Rinse mouth/brush teeth after use to prevent oral thrush.
Side Effects (Common):

Dry mouth, cough, headache, throat irritation, hoarseness, fungal mouth infections.

Rare but serious: Rapid heartbeat, vision changes, tremors.
