A triple-combination antidiabetic medicine for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

Key Uses:

• Controls blood sugar levels in adults with Type 2 diabetes (combined with diet/exercise).

Active Ingredients & Mechanism:

1. Glimepiride (Sulfonylurea): Boosts insulin release from the pancreas.

2. Metformin (Biguanide): Reduces liver glucose production, improves insulin sensitivity.

3. Pioglitazone (Thiazolidinedione): Enhances insulin action in muscles/fat.

Dosage & Administration:

• Take with food to avoid stomach upset.

• Do not crush/chew (swallow whole).

• Missed dose? Take ASAP, but skip if near the next dose. Never double dose.
