Tsart-H Tablet
Composition: Telmisartan + Hydrochlorothiazide
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when single-drug therapy is ineffective.
Key Benefits:

Dosage:

Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

If You Miss a Dose:
