Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Cilnidipine (CCB) + Chlorthalidone (Diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension (high BP) when single drugs fail. Lowers BP, reducing heart attack/stroke risk.

• Dosage: Take with food, same time daily. Avoid bedtime doses (increased urination).
