Tsart Trio 6.25 Tablet

Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Cilnidipine (CCB) + Chlorthalidone (Diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension when single-drug therapy fails. Lowers BP, reducing heart attack/stroke risk.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take with food, same time daily. Avoid bedtime doses (increased urination).

• Side Effects:

  • Common: Swelling (ankles), dizziness, headache, fatigue, taste changes, palpitations.

  • Serious: Electrolyte imbalance, low BP, kidney/liver issues (monitor regularly).

• Precautions:

  • Avoid alcohol (unsafe interaction).

  • Not safe in pregnancy; consult doctor if breastfeeding.

  • Caution in liver/kidney disease (dose adjustment may be needed).

  • May cause drowsiness → avoid driving/operating machinery.

• Missed Dose: Take ASAP; skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
