Uses:

• Prevents/treats Ménière’s disease (symptoms: vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss).

• Improves inner ear blood flow, reducing fluid pressure.

Dosage:

• Swallow whole with water, at the same time daily.

• Take as prescribed, even if symptoms improve (may take weeks for effect).

Side Effects:

• Common: Headache, nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, bloating.

• Take with food to minimize stomach upset.

Precautions:

• Avoid if: Allergic to betahistine (active ingredient).

• Consult doctor: If pregnant, breastfeeding, or with conditions like ulcers, asthma, or liver disease.
