Uses:

• Treats Ménière’s disease (vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss).

• Improves inner ear blood flow, reducing fluid pressure.

Dosage:

• Swallow whole with water, take at the same time daily.

• Take as prescribed, even if symptoms improve (may take weeks for full effect).

Side Effects:

• Common: Headache, nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, bloating.

• Take with food to minimize stomach upset.

Precautions:

• Avoid if allergic to betahistine (active ingredient).
