Type: Oral anticoagulant (blood thinner).
Used For:

Preventing/treating harmful blood clots in veins (DVT), lungs (pulmonary embolism), brain (stroke), or heart.
Key Instructions:

Dosage: Take as prescribed, with/without food, but at a fixed time daily.

Do NOT stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Avoid: Vitamin K-rich foods (spinach, broccoli, etc.) as they reduce effectiveness.
Side Effects:

Bleeding (common; report severe bleeding, blood in urine/stool, or unusual bruising).

How It Works:
