Warf 3 Tablet
Type: Oral anticoagulant (blood thinner).
Purpose: Prevents harmful blood clots in veins/arteries (legs, lungs, brain, heart).
Uses:

Treats/prevents deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

Prevents pulmonary embolism (lung clots).

Reduces risk of stroke and other blood clots.
How to Take:

Dose: As prescribed by the doctor.

Timing: With/without food, but at a fixed time daily.

Do NOT: Chew, crush, or stop abruptly.

Avoid: Foods rich in Vitamin K (spinach, broccoli, cucumber, etc.), as they reduce effectiveness.

Side Effects:

Common: Increased risk of bleeding (nosebleeds, gum bleeding, bruising).

If You Miss a Dose:
