Use:

• Treats common cold, cough, and fever in children.

• Relieves symptoms like runny/stuffy nose, sneezing, and dry cough.

Key Ingredients & Actions:

1. Chlorpheniramine Maleate – Antiallergic (reduces sneezing/runny nose).

2. Paracetamol – Pain/fever relief.

3. Phenylephrine – Decongestant (reduces nasal stuffiness).

4. Sodium Citrate – Loosens mucus for easier coughing.

5. Menthol – Soothes throat irritation.

Dosage:

• Give as prescribed (with/without food).

• Use measuring cup; shake well before use.
