Directions for Use:

1. Sterilize bowl and spoon by boiling in water for 5 minutes.

2. Boil drinking water for 15 minutes and cool to lukewarm.

3. Add the measured powder to a sterilized bowl.

4. Mix with the required amount of lukewarm water and stir well.

5. Use the feed within 30 minutes. Discard any unused portion.

6. Always prepare a fresh feed for each use.

Storage Instructions:

• Transfer powder to an airtight, clean container after opening

• Keep in a cool, dry place

• Close lid tightly after each use

• Use within 3 weeks of opening or by the expiry date

• Wash and dry the scoop thoroughly before use
