• Delivering the medicines to your specified address.

1.2 Stocking Efforts:
We maintain personal stocks of commonly ordered medicines to ensure faster delivery. We are continuously working to stock all listed medicines on our Website to minimize delivery time and improve customer satisfaction.

1.3 Scope of Services:
We provide a convenient way to order medicines online. However, we do not manufacture or prescribe medicines. All medicines are sourced from licensed wholesalers, distributors, or our own inventory.

2. User Account and Registration

To access certain services, users are required to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

3. Order Placement and Processing

3.1 Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee the availability of the medicine. We will check availability and inform you of any delays or cancellations via email, SMS, or phone.

3.2 Delivery Timeframe:

• Most orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

• If a medicine is expected to take longer, we will inform you via email, SMS, or phone.

• In rare cases, due to high workload or other reasons, you may not receive an update. Rest assured, your order is being processed. Please wait for our update or contact our customer care team for assistance.

3.3 Free Medicines in Case of Delay:
If your order is not delivered within 48 hours and you were not informed about the delay (due to reasons such as natural circumstances, unavailability of pack size, or extended time required for medicine availability), the medicines you ordered will be provided to you free of charge (zero payment).

• Eligibility Determination: Online Dawai Wala reserves the right to assess the reason for delay and determine eligibility for free medicine.

3.4 Urgent or Emergency Orders:
If your order is urgent or for an emergency, we recommend not placing the order through our platform. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the customer will be responsible for any resulting inconvenience or damage.

4. Order Cancellation Timeline by Customer

Customers can cancel orders within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

5. Wrong or Expired Medicines

5.1 Wrong Medicine Delivered:
If you receive the wrong medicine, immediately inform our customer care team or report the issue through your portal account. We will arrange for an exchange or refund at no additional cost.

5.2 Expired Medicine Delivered:
If you receive an expired medicine, immediately notify our customer care team or report the issue through your portal account. We will process a refund or exchange and investigate the issue to prevent recurrence.

6. Cancellation of Orders or Medicines

6.1 Cancellation by Us:
If a medicine is canceled by us, it may be due to unavailability in the market or discontinuation by the manufacturer. You will be informed of the cancellation, and no charges will be applied for canceled items.

6.2 Cancellation by You:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer care team. Cancellation requests will be processed based on the order status. If the order has already been processed but not yet dispatched, cancellation may still be possible.

7. Refund Policy

If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated within 5 business days. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. If a payment failure occurs, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway. Refund timelines may vary based on the payment method used.

8. Pricing and MRP Variations

8.1 MRP Variations:
The listed MRP of medicines may vary at the time of delivery due to stock maintenance or changes made by the manufacturer. In such cases, the discount (if applicable) will be calculated based on the delivered MRP of the product.

8.2 Taxes and Additional Charges:
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional charges (e.g., delivery fees) will be clearly communicated during checkout.

9. Delays in Medicine Availability

9.1 Extended Availability Time:
If a medicine takes longer to become available in the market, we will inform you of the expected timeframe. You may choose to:

• Wait for the medicine (confirm with us), or

• Request a return or exchange.

9.2 Pack Size Unavailability:
If the mentioned pack size of a medicine is unavailable, we will inform you. Delivery may take extra time, and we will proceed only with your confirmation.

10. Customer Responsibility

10.1 Prescription Medicines:
We strongly advise you to order only prescribed medicines and consult your doctor before use. Online Dawai Wala does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for incorrect prescriptions or dosage errors.

10.2 Customer Care Response:
In rare cases, if our customer care team is unavailable or not responding, please be patient and wait for a response. We assure you that your concerns will be addressed as soon as possible.

11. Prescription Verification

For prescription medications, you must upload a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner. Verification may take up to 6 hours. If a prescription is deemed invalid, the order will be canceled, and the payment (if made) will be refunded.
