Libotryp DS 25 mg/10 mg Tablet

Combination: Amitriptyline (25 mg) + Chlordiazepoxide (10 mg)
Use: Treatment of depression with anxiety. Helps regulate mood and reduce anxiety.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take as prescribed, with/without food, at a fixed time.

• Do not stop suddenly (risk of worsening symptoms).

• Side Effects:

  • Common: Constipation, dry mouth, blurred vision, drowsiness, weight gain, orthostatic hypotension.

  • Serious (rare): Mood changes, suicidal thoughts, liver issues (monitor regularly).

• Precautions:

  • Avoid alcohol (unsafe interaction).

  • Driving/Caution: May cause drowsiness or dizziness.

  • Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Unsafe (consult doctor).

If You Miss a Dose:
