Composition: Telmisartan (ARB) + Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension when single therapy fails. Reduces heart attack/stroke risk.

• Dosage: Take once daily, with/without food. Avoid bedtime (causes frequent urination).
