Nulong-Trio 40 Tablet

Composition: Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) + Cilnidipine (CCB) + Chlorthalidone (Diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension when single-drug therapy is ineffective. Lowers BP, reducing risks of stroke/heart attack.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take with food, same time daily. Avoid bedtime doses (increased urination).

• Side Effects:

  • Common: Swelling (ankles), dizziness, headache, fatigue, taste changes, palpitations.

  • Serious: Electrolyte imbalance, high uric acid/glucose, low BP.

• Precautions:

  • Avoid alcohol (drowsiness risk).

  • Unsafe in pregnancy; consult doctor if breastfeeding.
