Nulong-Trio 40 Tablet

Composition: Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) + Cilnidipine (CCB) + Chlorthalidone (Diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension when single-drug therapy is ineffective. Lowers BP, reducing risks of stroke/heart attack.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take with food, same time daily. Avoid bedtime doses (increased urination).

• Side Effects:

  • Common: Swelling (ankles), dizziness, headache, fatigue, taste changes, palpitations.

  • Serious: Electrolyte imbalance, high uric acid/glucose, low BP.

• Precautions:

  • Avoid alcohol (drowsiness risk).

  • Unsafe in pregnancy; consult doctor if breastfeeding.

  • Caution in liver/kidney disease (dose adjustment may be needed).

  • Monitor BP, kidney function, electrolytes, blood sugar regularly.

• Missed Dose: Take ASAP; skip if near next dose. Never double dose.

How It Works:

• Chlorthalidone: Removes excess fluid/electrolytes via urine.

Note: Continue even if asymptomatic. Stopping abruptly raises cardiovascular risks.
