About Us
Online Dawaiwala is a licensed online pharmacy operating from Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, dispensing medicines in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place an order with us.
Prescription Medicines
Certain medicines on our website require a valid prescription. You must upload a genuine, valid prescription for these items before checkout — our pharmacist verifies every such order before it is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the prescription is missing, unclear, invalid, or does not match the ordered item.
We do not process orders for Schedule X drugs or other habit-forming/controlled substances, under any circumstances.
Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or advance payment, for our Partial Payment option) and prescription verification, where applicable.
Payments
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, Cash on Delivery, and our Partial Payment (advance + COD) option on eligible orders. Payments made online are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

We source all products from verified, licensed suppliers and take reasonable care to ensure accuracy of product information. However, we are not liable for any misuse of medicines, self-medication without medical advice, or reactions arising from incorrect use. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's advice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh.
