Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and handed over to our delivery partner within 24-48 hours of confirmation. If there's any delay (e.g. stock verification for a prescription medicine), we'll let you know.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery is typically 4-6 days from the order date, depending on your location:
- Bhadohi & nearby areas: 1-2 days
- Uttar Pradesh: 2-4 days
- Rest of India: 4-6 days
Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes may take a little longer. You'll see an estimated delivery window on the product page and at checkout.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your cart value and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. We regularly offer free-shipping thresholds — watch for the progress bar in your cart.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you can track it anytime from My Account > My Orders. You'll also get updates via SMS/email at key stages.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders, along with our Partial Payment option (pay a small advance online, rest on delivery) and full online payment via UPI, cards, and netbanking.
Prescription Verification
For medicines that require a prescription, our pharmacist verifies the uploaded prescription before the order is dispatched. This is a mandatory step to comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 — we do not process requests for Schedule X or other habit-forming drugs.
